▶빠른 시작 (5단계)Quick start (5 steps)

1. 출력 타입을 고른다Pick output types ① 새 작업 카드에서 만들고 싶은 문서 타입을 하나 이상 선택합니다(예: research, review, wiki). 여러 타입을 함께 선택하면 한 프로젝트로 묶여 생성됩니다. In the New Task card, select one or more document types (e.g. research, review, wiki). Multiple types are produced together under one project.
2. 키워드/소스와 프로젝트명을 입력한다Enter a keyword/source and a project name 키워드(PubMed 검색) 또는 소스(논문 URL·PMID·DOI·인용)를 넣고, 선택적으로 NotebookLM 노트북 URL을 넣습니다. 새 프로젝트명을 입력하거나 아래에서 기존 프로젝트를 선택합니다. Enter a keyword (PubMed search) or a source (paper URL / PMID / DOI / citation), and optionally a NotebookLM notebook URL. Type a new project name, or select an existing project below.
3. 지침을 제출한다Create the task 지침 제출 버튼을 누르면 harness에 넘길 프롬프트가 만들어져 대기열에 저장됩니다. Click Create task; the harness prompt is generated and saved to the queue.
4. 결과를 생성한다Send to Claude 결과 생성을 누르면 서버에서 Claude(harness 파이프라인)가 실행되어 소스 수집 → 문서 작성 → 품질 검사를 자동으로 진행합니다. Click Send to Claude to run the harness pipeline on the server — it ingests sources, writes each document, and runs quality checks automatically.
5. 확인하고 내려받는다Confirm & download 완료되면 작업이 Done으로 표시되고, 완료 목록에서 .docx(위키는 .md)를 내려받습니다. When finished, the task shows as Done and you can download the .docx (wiki as .md) from the completed list.

새 작업 — 출력 타입New Task — Output types

칩을 눌러 만들 문서 타입을 하나 이상 고릅니다. 한 프로젝트(노트북 폴더) 안에 여러 타입이 함께 저장됩니다. Click the chips to select one or more document types. A single project (notebook folder) can hold several types together.

키워드 또는 소스Keyword or Source

• 키워드 — hermes가 PubMed 검색으로 라우팅하여 관련 문헌을 확보합니다. Keyword — hermes routes it to a PubMed search to gather related literature.
• 소스(논문 URL·PMID·DOI·인용) — 해당 문헌을 곧바로 ingest합니다. Source (paper URL / PMID / DOI / citation) — the paper is ingested directly.
• NotebookLM URL(선택) — 소스가 그 노트북에 연동됩니다. 노트북은 MCP 계정과 공유(또는 ‘링크가 있는 모든 사용자’)되어 있어야 합니다. NotebookLM URL (optional) — sources are linked into that notebook, which must be shared with the MCP account (or “anyone with the link”).

추가 소스 — 문헌 확보 범위Additional sources — literature scope

• 제공된 소스만 — 키워드/노트북으로 확보된 소스만으로 작업합니다. Provided only — work solely with the sources from the keyword/notebook.
• 웹에서 추가 — hermes가 PubMed·웹에서 관련 문헌을 추가로 수집해 보강합니다. Augment from web — hermes adds related literature from PubMed / the web.

프로젝트 이어하기 & 리비전Continue a project & revise

기존 프로젝트를 선택하고 추가 지침을 주면 새 버전이 만들어집니다. 원고가 소스로 등록되면 research는 자동으로 Track Changes 리비전 모드(_v<N>.docx)로 전환됩니다. Select an existing project and give update instructions to produce a new version. When a manuscript is registered as a source, research automatically switches to Track Changes revision mode (_v<N>.docx).

3에디토리얼 스텝 (선택)Editorial step (optional)

초안 → critic 평가 → rebuttal 반박을 N라운드 진행한 뒤, editorial-agent가 critic 지적과 저자 반박을 에디터 3판정(uphold / partial / side-with-author)으로 중재하여 리바이즈본을 만듭니다. 대상 초안 타입은 위에서 고른 출력 타입에서 자동 결정됩니다. Draft → critic review → rebuttal for N rounds, then editorial-agent arbitrates critic points against the author’s rebuttal with a 3-way ruling (uphold / partial / side-with-author) into a revised version. The target draft type is inferred from the output types you selected.

산출물: editorial/<폴더명>/ + 라운드 기록 raw/editorial_round<N>_*.md. Output: editorial/<folder>/ plus round records raw/editorial_round<N>_*.md.

4상태 확인 & 결과 다운로드Status & downloading results

• 상태는 약 8초마다 자동 갱신되며, 파일 수정 시각을 기준으로 추정됩니다(휴리스틱). Status auto-refreshes about every 8s and is inferred from file modification time (a heuristic).
• 작업 상태는 선택한 프로젝트 기준으로 표시되고, 완료 목록은 로그인 사용자의 모든 출력 파일을 최신순으로 보여 줍니다. Task status is per selected project; the completed list shows all of the logged-in user’s outputs, newest first.
• 최종 결과는 반드시 다운로드 목록에서 파일로 확인하세요. Always confirm the final result via the download list.
